Feed the birds
Here are some pictures I took at Rideau River, by Billings Bridge mall when I spent the afternoon feeding birds. You can find a more detailed description of the events here.

I never got around to putting these up but I want everyone to see how high the snow was earlier this year!
When it snows, ain't it thrilling,
Though your nose gets a chilling
We'll frolic and play, the Eskimo way,
Walking in a winter wonderland.
It snowed a lot, and I hear we're gonna get a lot more in the next day or so. I love snow, but it's all fun and games until you can't open the front door.
I like watching sunset, simple as that. I've also noticed that the crows follow a path above my neighboorhood to the forest by the General Hospital every night when roosting. It's not just a few crows, it's hundreds! I watched them one night and there was a steady flow of crows when I got there, which continued even beyond the 30 mins that I observed them for. If you have some time to kill and happen to be at Pleasant Park bus stop around sunset, make sure to check them out. It's very special, in a natural way.
