This morning I made breakfast for my family. On the menu was eggs, eggs, and eggs (simple, fast and about the only thing I’m fully competent with in the kitchen) So I went for scrambled eggs. I threw in some sweet peppers for flavour, and set out to scramble the most eggs that I have ever scrambled (I did 4 last week). And so there we have it, one salubrious, succulent record breaker.
